In Memoriam Donations

If you would like to remember someone special, such as a loved one or a friend, you can make a donation to the Chilterns MS Centre in their memory. It is easy to do so.

You can either donate on-line here; alternatively send your donation by post. Please let us know the name of the person that your donation is made in memory of.
