Family Friends

Become a Family Friend and show your support of the Chilterns MS Centre!

As the Chilterns MS Centre becomes better known, more and more people with multiple sclerosis (MS) are being referred for physio, hydro, oxygen, complementary and occupational therapies from across Bucks and neighbouring counties. We are delighted to be helping an ever increasing number of people with MS.

By becoming a Family Friend, you will be welcomed, with open arms, into the Chilterns MS Centre family.  Your monthly donation of £25 will help us continue to support 550+ people with MS, and their families, every year.

“The Centre is an amazing place; state of the art facilities full of inspirational people from patients, carers, volunteers and our wonderful professional staff, it’s a shining example of team effort. Thank you all, I couldn’t manage without you.”  Tracey

We intend to delight our Family Friends with what being part of the Chilterns MS Centre family means.  You will receive

  • Centre News, our friendly fortnightly e-newsletter
  • A Family Friend pin badge
  • A car sticker
  • Regular invitations to events including the VIP preview of our annual art exhibition
  • Invitation to our annual thank you event

Please click here for a copy of the Family Friends sign-up form.  Please print, complete and return the form to the fundraising team.  To find out more about becoming a Family Friend, please download the attached leaflet and/or contact the fundraising team on 01296 823040 or by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. On behalf of everyone affected by MS who relies on the Chilterns MS Centre, thank you very much indeed.

“My neighbour has MS and goes to the Chilterns MS Centre. I was very impressed when I visited and wanted to show my support. I know my monthly donation helps the charity plan for its future, and I love being kept up to date with its plans and aspirations.”  Derek
