Meditation is also a useful tool in improving memory and brain health. Use this 20 minute guided meditation to help you become more mindful and present. Or just have 20 minutes to yourself to relieve stress and anxiety. Alleviating stress and anxiety is fundamental in improving brain health. Enjoy some ‘me’ time.
