Beat the Covid Curves
Our first virtual weight management course is starting on Monday mornings at 11.00. Each session will be about 30 minutes-40 minutes.
The first session will be Monday 20 April. The course will last for a minimum of 6 weeks and may be extended. It will look at healthy eating, portion sizes and the psychological aspects of weight management. Exercise is also important and the physio department is already producing loads of information to keep us all moving and motivated.
If you are interested please email me firstname.lastname@example.org. I will then send you a link to join the session (it will be via zoom) and some written handouts. Don’t worry if you can’t print them out, but having a look before the session may be helpful. The sessions can be as interactive as you want – join in or just listen. There will not be any virtual weighing – so all personal information will remain private.
In this difficult time this is an opportunity to focus on keeping ourselves as healthy as possible.
