Healthy Eating to Support Your Immune System

During a pandemic, it’s even more important to maintain a healthy immune system.  Eating healthily helps to support your immune system.  Our dietician Claire has recorded a couple of workshops to explain the theory behind healthy eating to support the immune function and practical ideas on how to do this by eating a rainbow.
