You can buy tickets from the Chilterns MS Centre reception, either individual tickets or books of 15 tickets.

OR

You can purchase your tickets online here. Please add the number of tickets you would like to buy, add to your basket and complete the payment. Once we have received this we will be in contact with you to allocate your raffle ticket number.

You can contact the fundraising team to get a book of 15 tickets sent in the post to you by emailing fundraising@chilternsmscentre.org
