Carers’ Workshop: Overcoming Loneliness

This workshop will be a discussion on the impact of loneliness as a carer and coping strategies to overcome loneliness.
It is being held as part of a series of free carers’ workshops hosted by the Chilterns Neuro Centre specifically for carers and family members.
This workshop will give information on:
- The effects of loneliness on one’s mental and physical health
- The various types of loneliness
- Organisations that can help overcome loneliness
- Coping strategies
