Life After and Below 40
We are delighted to be joined at our next networking evening by guest speaker James Redden, former soldier, now business owner and explorer.
James will be giving an honest and open account of his experiences of travelling through some of the coldest, most inhospitable locations on the planet and the essential element of any expedition: communication. What can we learn from explorers and the people who throw themselves into arduous activities? Can their feats of endurance be used as lessons in the business world?
He will present ideas that focus on modern-day exploration and how lessons learned in extreme environments can be mapped directly to any other area of life.
Since 1996, he’s had the pleasure and honour to travel the world. His journeys have taken him from the jungles of South East Asia, through the Sahara desert, along the African continent and into South America. He has twice skied across Norway, to the Geographic North Pole in April 2016. James brings his unique perspective to the business world via seminars and private talks.
It’s a great opportunity to make new contacts with other local businesses and find out more about what a partnership with the Chilterns MS Centre can bring to your company.
Tickets are £10 each (or free to existing Corporate Friends).
