The Sound Sanctum brings this wonderful, therapeutic event to the Chilterns MS Centre.

The Sound Bath Sessions will be up to 90 minutes of relaxation, using a selection of intuitively chosen instruments such as Gongs, Chimes, Tongue Drum, Native Flute, Angelic Harp, Quarzophone, Shamanic Drum, Shruti, Rain Tower & Koshi.

WHEN:     Saturday 7th September 2019

WHERE:  The Chilterns MS Centre, Oakwood Close, Wendover, HP22 5LX, Bucks

COST: A £25 donation is payable upon booking. ALL DONATIONS GO DIRECTLY TO THE CENTRE to be used for Treatment Sessions for Members.

There are three sound bath sessions to choose from.  If you are in a wheelchair, please ensure you choose the wheelchair ticket option when registering.  The times available are:

Session A @ 10.00 – 11.30 am

Session B @  1.00  –  2.30 pm

Session C @  4.00  –  5.30 pm

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your chosen start time.  Sessions will start on time & there will be no entry once a Session has commenced.

Feel free to pop in for a snack and a drink before your session (recommended 45-60 minutes prior) or stay afterward and enjoy a treat from the Centre café.

There are 20 places for people lying on their own Yoga Mats and up to 5 places for Wheelchairs in adjacent connected Open Annex space.

For your own comfort, please bring your own Yoga Mat, Blanket, Pillow and Water with you.

A message from Netty at the Sound Sanctum – Pay it forward! 

I Believe in Angels! ? 

I received a wonderful gift for The Sound Sanctum Fundraiser for the MS Centre;  A very special Angel in human form who’s a fellow member and Oxygen Diver like me,  gave me £25 so that another member would be able to attend one of the three Sound Baths on Saturday.  The money has already paid for one of our members who would otherwise have been unable to attend and who is now booked in for a session!

If you are thinking you’d love to help the Event but can’t attend  or volunteer, but love ? the idea of Paying it Forward for another person to attend, please let Fundraising at the Chilterns MS Centre know as soon as possible so they can be  booked in right away! 

In this way you are not only raising money for The Chilterns MS Centre but you are giving a wonderful experience to someone who would not have been able to attend.  Your generosity then ripples out further into the world and the person you Pay it Forward for can give you the pleasure of sharing their Sound Bath experience with you.  It’s a win:win:win situation.  

Don’t you just love it when the Universe sends us Angels and has a plan that works for the greater good of everyone? I believe in Angels!
