Our regular evening educational workshops offer information and support around a specific topic, aimed at people affected by MS; be this the person with the condition, or their family and friends.
Our next workshop is on SLEEP.
Given we all spend around a third of our lifetime asleep, wouldn’t you like to learn more about what goes on during that time and just how vital sleep is to our physical, mental and emotional health?
Internationally renowned sleep expert Dr Neil Stanley, author of “How to Sleep Well” will be talking about Sleep: what sleep is, why is it so important, what goes on when we are asleep and key strategies for a good night’s sleep. Dr Stanley recently presented at the MS Conference to wide acclaim.
Refreshments will be available at 5.30pm with the talk between 6pm and 7pm, then a chance for questions and discussion at the end.
For those who are not familiar with the Centre, tours can be arranged during this time.
This event is open to all so please feel free to invite friends and family along.
