Understanding MS Family Workshop – Digesting Science
If you have MS it can be difficult to explain to children how your symptoms affect you. Our family workshop is aimed at families with children aged between 6 and 12 years old and takes them through some of the symptoms of MS in a fun and practical way.
The whole family get to experience and understand the effects that some of the symptoms of MS have on the body; including balance, fatigue and bladder issues.
Brought to you by the Digesting Science programme at St Bart’s Hospital, this is a great way to help your children (and partner) to understand a little bit more about MS and why you might need a bit more support from them when symptoms appear.
