Walk the MS Mile is back for 2019, sponsored by Esri UK.
With a brand new route and a surprise twist at the end of the course, we’ve made a few upgrades to our annual fundraiser that we hope you’ll love!
Join us on Saturday 21 September in Aylesbury Town Centre for our one-mile challenge. Everyone is invited – the route is completely accessible and family-friendly.
You can register for this event using the ticket options below – we hope you can join us and Walk the MS Mile in aid of the Chilterns MS Centre.
Starting in the Exchange, the route weaves through the high street, encompassing the scenic Vale Park, and back through the Town, finishing back in the Exchange.
We’ve added a surprise twist at the end of the route, which will encourage all our participants to complete the final stretch with a challenge, such as balancing a lime on a spoon, a bean bag on their head, or bouncing on a moon-hopper!
Thanks to our friends at Rumsey’s Chocolatiers, we will be awarding everyone a cake as they cross the finish line.
We’re encouraging everyone to wear as much green as possible; t-shirts, wacky socks, head boppers or hats… anything goes!
This event is organised by the fundraising team at the Chilterns MS Centre to raise vital funds for the charity. All participants are encouraged to set-up a sponsorship page and raise as much as they can to help ensure the future of our fantastic services for those living with multiple sclerosis.
We’ll update the page when we’ve got the official map from our friends (and sponsors) Esri UK, but in the mean-time, why not take advantage of our early-bird offer and sign up to join us?
