Fatigue Tips: Rests 

Learning to balance activity with rest is a key strategy for managing fatigue.  Taking regular short rests throughout the day will help maintain your energy levels and prevent the need to take long enforced rests.  You should aim to take 3 – 4 10- 30 minutes rests, making sure you allow both your body and mind to recharge.
