Salary: £33,706-£40,588 FTE
Hours: Flexible; 20-30 hours dependent on availability
Contract: Permanent (subject to an initial 6-month probationary period)
Specialty: Neurological Conditions / Neuro Rehab (Must be HCPC registered)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our highly experienced and diverse multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to take the lead in developing our existing OT service; broadening the scope of interventions offered to meet the diverse needs of our members and their support networks. You will have the freedom to be fully responsive to the needs of our service users; taking forwards innovative and creative solutions without the restrictions inherent in an NHS setting.

You will have a close working relationship with our talented Fundraising Team to support funding applications to enable these areas of development.

The role will involve working with our members within 1-2-1 and group-based settings often in collaboration with other members of the clinical team as well as external services and organisations.

We have an exciting range of therapeutic leisure groups, which you would take an active role in supporting.

We have a strong emphasis on the integration of support for family and carers of our members and you would work closely with our Family Support Coordinator when required.

Our current building was purpose-built just 10 years ago and provides a bright, spacious and comfortable environment in which to work and support our members.

We have a great OT kitchen with a good range of small aids / equipment for service-users to trial.

We also have an on-site café serving delicious cakes!

Experience in the field of neurological rehabilitation is required.
