About the Role
We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone to join our Integrated Clinical Team, working with people affected by Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions. Our mission is to support our members to lead healthier and happier lives through offering holistic, goal-based intervention with a strong focus on self-management.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our highly experienced and diverse multidisciplinary team. The role will involve working with our members within 1:1 and group-based settings often in collaboration with other members of the clinical team as well as external services and organisations. You will also take an active role in the provision of Hydrotherapy alongside our highly experienced Hydrotherapy Lead.
Working in a passionate and dedicated charity like ours, you will be encouraged to respond innovatively to the needs of the members; taking forwards creative solutions without the restrictions inherent in an NHS setting. As well as close working relationships with the multi-disciplinary team, you will also have the opportunity to work with our talented Fundraising Team to support funding applications to enable the expansion of service delivery.
The centre was purpose built just 10 years ago and provides a bright, spacious and comfortable environment in which to work and support our members. We have a large, well-equipped physio gym, Pilates Studio, exercise studio as well as a newly refurbished Hydrotherapy Pool. We also have an on-site café serving delicious cakes!
Experience in the field of Neurological Rehabilitation is required and Hydrotherapy experience is highly desirable.
This post would be suitable for an individual with a passion for team-working, who is innovative and excited to make an active contribution to the future expansion of our highly valued clinical service; enabling those they work with to live their best life.
