Have you tried Chillax?
Life is so fast-paced and busy. It’s hard to set some time aside just to breathe, relax and focus on the here and now. Our Chillax classes enable you to do just that.
The classes are open to all and are a great way to switch off for a moment and enjoy some “me-time”.
During the hour, we do a variety of things to help us to slow down our mind and body, from listening to music, breathing techniques or even colouring in. In each class, you’ll find a friendly, relaxing atmosphere and we always have fun in a relaxed way. Classes are open to all abilities, members and carers.
At present, attendee numbers are too low for us to continue Chillax into February. We would love to continue to offer this relaxing hour so if you have been thinking about it please try to make the next sessions so that we can make the group a viable class to run. It would be such a shame to have to stop them.
The next sessions are on Thursday 16 and Thursday 30 January from 1pm to 2pm.
