New Online Fatigue Management Course

New Fatigue Management Course begins on 27 April

In light of current circumstances, we will be running an additional Online Fatigue Management Programme.  While you may have a little more time on your hands, this might be a good opportunity to use the time to improve your understanding of MS-related fatigue and learn how to use practical strategies to manage your energy reserves more effectively.

The course will consist of six, weekly emails each containing a workbook and links to additional resources.  It will take approx. 1 – 2 hours to work through the information each week and then complete a task to help you consolidate your learning.

There will be email support throughout the duration of the course should you require any additional guidance.

The course will start on Monday 27 April when you will receive your first email / workbook.  Thereafter you will receive emails every Monday, through until 1 June.

If you would like to reserve a place on the course, please email Amy Smissen to be added to the list.

Following expert advice we have decided to suspend all face-to-face appointments and activities and the Centre is currently closed to members and volunteers. We are looking at alternative ways to support people with MS. For further information click here
