The Chilterns MS Centre is the official charity partner of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club and we will be special guests at Adams Park on Saturday 21st April to raise awareness and fundraise for the Centre.

Celebrating the completion of the second season of the partnership, the upcoming matchday will give us the opportunity to meet Chairboys fans and collect donations to help with our ongoing work for people with multiple sclerosis (MS).

Wycombe captain Adam El-Abd showed his support by becoming the first to donate to the charity ahead of the Accrington fixture, during a visit to Adams Park from Simon Vickery – a member at the Centre and a keen Wanderers fan.

Supporters can follow suit by making a cash donation to one of the various collectors around the stadium on the day of the game, or via the ‘text to donate’ service by texting WWFC18 £5 to 70070 to donate £5. A donation of just 50p from everyone at Adams Park on 21st April would be enough to keep oxygen pumping in the chamber for an entire football season – 46 matches of 90 minutes.

We are also running a competition across social media from 13th -18th April, offering one lucky Wycombe fan the opportunity to deliver the matchball to the centre circle ahead of kick-off on the day of the game, plus two tickets to the match. Visit our Facebook or Twitter page to take part.

As part of the day, local accountants Haines Watts have generously donated towards the Centre to use the executive box at the match. Gary Heywood, Managing Director, said “ "Haines Watts are delighted to be given the opportunity to support the Chilterns MS Centre which provides superb and truly inspirational care in the local community. Their work with our friends at Wycombe Wanderers brought the charity to our attention, and we are very pleased that Haines Watts were able to give their support to a charity that makes a real difference in the lives of the local community".

Haines Watts is a top 15 firm of accountants and business advisors, known for working closely with owner managers to help them achieve their goals. They currently support over 35,000 business owners, across the UK. For more information visit their website www.hwca.com
