New online yoga session

Our new yoga teacher Emily will be running a new class starting Thursday 30 April from 1-2pm via Zoom.

The class will be half chair and half mat-based but if you cannot get up and off the floor the whole session can be modified and completed in the chair.

You will need:
Mat or towel
Thick blanket
Chair
Yoga block/book/small pillow

Following expert advice we have decided to suspend all face-to-face appointments and activities and the Centre is currently closed to members and volunteers. We are looking at alternative ways to support people with MS. For further information click here
