Pelvic Floor Exercises

Pelvic Floor exercises can help to strengthen the muscle around the bladder and help reduce accidents.  You can practise these pelvic floor exercises anywhere – why not have a go each day this week, challenging yourself to increase the time of the exercise by 1 second each day!
