Seated workout to boost brain health – part 1

All the research shows that aerobic exercise is best to improve brain health. Give this seated circuit session a go with Ella. You will need two broom handles/poles, two weights or tins of food and some therabands or tights. Don’t worry if you don’t have the equipment, you can do it without.
