Seated Yoga

Laura Lemon Tree guides you through a gentle yoga flow sitting down.  You don’t need any special equipment, just a chair.  Laura has teamed up with the MS Society to create a series of videos as she wants to encourage everyone with MS to stay active.  Laura has MS too.

Following expert advice we have decided to suspend all face-to-face appointments and activities and the Centre is currently closed to members and volunteers. We are looking at alternative ways to support people with MS. For further information click here
