Do you need help losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight?
Our weight loss programme will run for 5 sessions from Wednesday 12th April. We will help you to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to be able to lose weight and successfully maintain the weight loss achieved.
A commitment to attend all of the sessions is required:

Wednesday 22 April
All sessions run from 10.30am to midday
